Whoa – Magnus and I got home all right and I’ve just read all the posts. Below, some replies on various topics, but first THANKS y’all for making this Gulf Game ANOTHER wonderful experience! Special highlights:
* Ted being a superb Master of the Buddha-nature
* Julie learning the full “ole dole doff, kinke lane koff, koffe lane, binke bane, ole dole doff” (Eney meney miney moe or however you spell it). Or at least the shorter version “Ole dole doff… something something… kinky kinky… something something… ole dole doff” as she so wonderfully put it.
* Everyone who patiently played word games and American trivia games with me, bearing with my stumbles, fumbles and mumbles, in addition to my general confusion regarding pain killers, baseball etc. (* There are more, but I am too tired to remember ’em right now…)
And by the way: NEW YORK SUCKS! I mean you keep braggin’ about it being one of the worlds largest and most fantastic cities and it turns out they don’t even have POWER there?! An’ people have to WALK if they want to get somewhere, I mean really…!
Okay, now on with the replies:
* Kayla making the volley ball team: U go grrl (as the hip kids say)
* K-bans outrageous post about me & Magnus pullin’ some plug: Crap! To be HONEST it was more of a red wire/green wire-moment… 😉 After all we DID save the world from invading aliens but that part of the story got lost somewhere in K-bans post… By the way Greg, “bin Laden” is just another (more aincent) spelling of ” Lundgren“.
* About future Gulf games: Why not in Gothenburg? *grin* At least it’s next to the ocean, unlike e. g. Nashville, New Orleans, Birmingham etc etc… Oh c’mon, don’t get picky about WHAT ocean…. 🙂
* On Sweden and Australia being at war: Jag sger bara tre ord; pas-sadig! Och jvligt noga ocks 🙂
