There aren’t enough words to thank everyone for such a wonderful time, especially Greg, Vickie and Tim for all their work every time. The Gulf Games Family Reunions, as I’ve come to think of them, have been highlights of our lives the past 2 years, and to say we’re looking forward to more is a great understatement.
Julie and I arrived home last night and I flew here to W. Palm this morning. Amazingly, they didn’t even ask me to turn on my laptop, much less the MP3 player or PDA,nor “wand” anything for residue. Lucky me.
Thus real life resumes, and we now wait the long days until Pensacola. I know K-Ban and Richard will take very good care of our new friends Sus and Magnus before they head back home. It was great to meet and spend time with Pat, Fleur and Matthew, as well as Dave B.,who is as much fun in person as online, and his wife Jenn who is even nicer and more fun.
We had a wonderful time with everyone. To Gail, Frank and Sandi, I’m sorry the Ghost Tour was such a dud, but at least we could laugh together about it.
Time spent among such wonderful, loving friends is, by definition, too short but time most well spent.
